Plead His Promises!

                Verse

                From Isaiah 49:

5              Lord, use us as Your servants:

                                a)  to bring saints in bondage back to You.

                                b)  to gather spiritual Israel around You.

6              c)  to raise up and to restore the church.

6              Make us a light to the nations so Your salvation through Jesus may reach to the end of the earth.

43:5-7    Bring our spiritual offspring from the East, Lord, and gather them from the West.  Say to the

North, mighty God, “Give them up!: and to the south, “do not hold them back!”

19           May there be so many coming back to You, Lord, that our churches would become cramped and

                                                overcrowded.

22           Raise up Your hand to the nations and lift up Your standard to the peoples, Lord, so that those

who are being set free will know where to come.

25-26     Contend with Satan and his forces for us Lord; take the captives away from the mighty man and

rescue them from the tyrant so that all flesh will know that you the Lord are our Savior, Redeemer,

                                    the Mighty One of Jacob.

                From Isaiah 55:

11           We bless You, O Lord, that these Your words which have gone forth from Your mouth, shall

                                not return to You empty!

They shall accomplish what You desire and succeed in the matter for which You sent them!

                From Isaiah 60:

2-3          Lord, as deep spiritual darkness covers the world, cause Your glory to rise up and appear mightily

upon us, so that nations and their leaders will be drawn to the light of God bright in our midst.

5              Turn the abundance of the sea, Lord, and the wealth of the nations to us that the financial needs of

our assignment might be met and that Your glory may be seen in the way you provide for your

                                people.

10           Cause godly laborers from far away places to come and help build our spiritual walls.

17           Make peace our administrators, Lord, and righteousness our overseers.

18           May violence, or devastation, or destruction never be known within our churches.

May our walls be called salvation, and may our gates be called praise.

21           May we be in right standing with God, and may we be known and may we know ourselves as the

branch of Your planting, the work of Your hands, that You may be glorified.

22           Lord, make the smallest one among us a clan and the least one a mighty nation through spiritual

multiplication.  You will, mighty Lord, hasten it in its time!

                From Isaiah 61:

1-3          Lord, according to Your Word and the anointing of Your Spirit upon us, use us:

to bring good news to the afflicted,

                                                to bind up the brokenhearted,

to proclaim liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners,

to proclaim the favorable year of the Lord, and the day of God’s vengeance against sin,

to grant a garland of victory instead of the ashes of defeat,

to pour out the Holy Spirit’s oil of gladness,

to offer the mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting.

3              May we be known as strong and mighty oaks of righteousness, planted by You, Lord, that You

                                may be glorified.

4              Use us according to Your word, O God, to rebuild the ancient ruins, to raise up structures

devastated in the past, to repair ruined cities made spiritually desolate by the sins of many

                                generations.

6              May we all, Lord, be known as priests and ministers of the Lord regardless of our secular

occupation, and may we be abundantly provided for.

8              Lord, we reverently remind You of Your covenant with us, and we remember our covenant

                                with you.

9              May our spiritual offspring be known among the nations as the offspring whom the Lord

                                has blessed.

11           According to Your word, O Lord, cause righteousness and praise to spring up before all the

nations because of your mighty work among us.

                From Isaiah 62:

6-7          As Watchmen on the Walls, O Lord, all day and all night, may we never keep silent.

We remind You, Father, of Your promises to us, and we are trusting You by Your mighty power

to establish and make us a praise unto Your Name throughout all the earth!

                From Isaiah 63:

14           As with your prospering of natural Israel , “Make for Thyself a glorious name” in your blessing

                                of us.

                From Isaiah 64:

4              Since ancient times no one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen any God besides you,

who acts on behalf of those who wait for him.

                From Revelation 3

7-8          Mighty Savior, we accept from Your hand an open door of opportunity which no man can close,

and we pray for obedience as a church to walk through it.

We acknowledge that we have but little power on our own, but we have desired to guard as true

and pure Your Word and not to deny Your powerful name.  Make Your Name powerful in our

                                              midst, Lord!
